Nordmalingshus is the municipal housing company of Nordmaling. Since 1939, we have created safe homes and contributed to building vibrant communities across the municipality.

Nordmalingshus was founded in 1939 with the mission to provide quality housing for everyone in the municipality of Nordmaling. Over the decades, we have grown and evolved alongside the community. Our history is closely intertwined with the development of Nordmaling, and we are proud to have been part of the municipality's journey for over 85 years.

As a fully municipally owned company, we have a clear social mission. We shall provide pleasant, safe and well-maintained housing at reasonable rents. Our responsibility extends even further. We want to be a driving force that helps ensure the municipality of Nordmaling remains an attractive place to live. Every investment we make in our properties is an investment in the municipality's future.

Today we own and manage 369 apartments spread across four locations: Nordmaling, Rundvik, Hörnsjö and Gräsmyr. We constantly work to develop and improve our housing stock, most recently through the renovation of Tobiasgården in Gräsmyr into modern apartments for seniors.

Nordmalingshus is in an exciting phase. With a new CEO in place from autumn 2025, we are taking the next step in our development. We are conducting customer surveys, investing in our properties and listening to our tenants. All to continue building homes where people thrive, today and tomorrow.
