Termination is done via My pages on the website with digital signing. Notice period: three months for regular termination, one month in the event of death.
Viewings and preparations
Preparing for the next tenant. As the outgoing tenant, you need to:

Move-out inspection
The apartment is inspected upon move-out.

Any remediation beyond normal wear and tear may result in costs for the tenant.
Keys at move-out
When and how to return keys. Key return:
