Before moving in
This needs to be in order before you move in. To arrange before moving in:
- +Pay the rent in advance
- +Take out valid home insurance
- +Register your change of address with the Swedish Tax Agency
- +Register and arrange an internet subscription
Having this sorted well in advance makes the move-in smooth.
Keys and access
How the key handover works.
- +Keys are collected at the Nordmalingshus office
- +On the first weekday of the month after 12:00 PM
- +Identification must be shown upon collection
The time of 12:00 PM applies because the previous tenant may have access until then.
Move-in inspection
The condition of the apartment at move-in. Inspection at move-in:
- +Surfaces, damages and cleanliness are checked
- +An inspection report is provided to you
Have you found a fault? You have three days to report faults not listed in the protocol. Contact us by email, phone or by submitting the protocol.
Contract and responsibility
When does the rental agreement take effect?
- +The agreement normally takes effect from the first contract day at 12:00 PM
- +Earlier access may occur if keys are returned earlier
